Sensea spa Novia Scotia

Hi {{ first name | Raleigh Lover}}!

Hi friends! We’ve been a little quiet on the Raleigh exploring front this week because we’ve been up in beautiful Nova Scotia for our travel blog—and wow, what a place!

Think: stunning coastal views, farm-to-table goodness, charming seaside towns, and our personal favorite discovery… Nordic spas! We came here with one mission: to nourish our bodies and souls through the hot-cold-rest cycle of thermal therapy. And let me tell you, while we were low-key dreading the cold plunge, we’re now fully obsessed. I somehow managed to stay in 10°C water for over 10 minutes! Who even am I?!

It’s got me dreaming (maybe scheming?) of starting a Nordic spa in Raleigh. Can you imagine? Picture it now: steamy saunas, ice plunges, cozy fire pits... right in our own backyard. You’d come, right?

As much as we’ve loved this Canadian escape, we’re SO ready to be home and dive into our favorite season in Raleigh—fall. 🍁 The air gets crisper, the events ramp up, and the city starts showing off. We’ll be hitting the trails, heading to festivals, and discovering more hidden gems to share with you.

Also exciting: we’re bringing back our podcast! 🙌 We’ve finally figured out how to make it work with our busy schedules (goodbye podcast studio pressure!) and we’re eager to reconnect in that way.

But first, we want to hear from YOU:

👉 Are you ready to listen again?
👉 What topics or guests do you want to hear about?

Hit reply and let us know. We’re building this to serve and inspire you.

Here’s to finding new rhythms, soaking up the season ahead, and staying curious—whether it’s in Canada or right back home in the City of Oaks. 🧡
